Sharing a few from this session captured earlier this year. The images were for a gift, hence why I have held off blogging them.
I captured this young ginger haired boy back when he was still a baby, this time around the session was with his cousins and was loads of fun.
We photographed them at Ringwood Lake, a lovely spot to capture some gorgeous images.
Remember not long now until it’s christmas. We have fabulous digital specials between now and then, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact page on this blog. We look forward to hearing from you.
Winter has been beautiful for portraits. Soft light, kids rugged up in warm jackets and scarves and thankfully not too much rain. It’s nearly over though and I’m really looking forward to springtime.
I had the pleasure of photographing these siblings and their little cousin recently at the Dandenong Showgrounds.
I met their mum through the football club our boys play for, Dandenong North Sharks. I never imagined myself as a football mum, I don’t follow the AFL or support any team but I have really enjoyed being a part of this club for the last few years and more to come in the future, if you are local and looking for a welcoming family friendly club in the Dandenong area then come join us when we return in the new season next year.
More from this session can be found on our Facebook page.

13 years ago this mum booked me to capture her new baby girl. Whilst I consider myself a friendly person and adore all of my clients it’s not that often I form and stay ‘real life’ friends with them This mum and I had things in common and we had daughters the same age, similar parenting views and all that stuff, so friends we became. Both of us have grown our families since and have busy lives so we no longer catch up very often but it’s always lovely when we do.
It was awesome when she contacted me recently to update the girls portraits.
We captured these at the beautiful Ruffey Lake Park in Doncaster. We wandered and captured and chatted. it was a lovely afternoon. Lots of autumn leaves around still through winter, trees galore and some beautiful rock formations.
Allow me to share 3 beautiful ballerinas with you (these girls are going places!)
Please check out our facebook page for more images from this session.
